Q: How can you be so much cheaper than ICE?
A: Instead of the traditional routes we place your call using the internet using our own high quality network and international partners.

Q: Can I use my mobile phone phonebook?
A: If your phone supports "DTMF" tones you can. We always recommend to type the number yourself to avoid accidently calling via your own provider.

Q: Why is calling to mobile phones in Europe so expensive?
A: Those prices are based on what the local operators charge us. We have no influence on this.

Q: I have an ATA at home. Can I configure it to use your service?
A: Yes you can! Free of charge even.

Q: I don't see the country that I want to call.
A: Please contact us so we can see if we can add this to our service. There is a high chance we will.

Q: I get a voice that tells me to enter my code. What is this?
A: When your called-id is not recognized the service will ask you for your PIN. Please make sure we have your called-id in our system.

Q: The service works fine, can I also use it on my girlfriends phone?
A: Yes you can! Just inform us with her caller-id or use the PIN code.

Q: I lost my PIN. How can I retrieve it?
A: Please contact our support department and have your personal details ready for verification.

Q: My phonenumber is private. Can I still use the service?
A: Yes, but you always need to type your PIN.

Q: Can I call quicker once I have the dialtone?
A: You can press the pound key (#) to call direct instead of waiting for the system.
